Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the instruo.io platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your school, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
instruo.io is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing sports schools. We provide tools for bookings, instructor scheduling, client management, payment tracking, and reporting across surf, kite, ski, snowboard, wake, skate and wingfoil disciplines.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the conduct of users you invite to your school workspace.
4. Trial Period
New schools may use the Service free for 30 days. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan or your account will be downgraded or deactivated.
5. Subscription and Billing
After the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods. We may offer a refund at our discretion if the Service has been materially unavailable.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, send spam, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, exceed reasonable usage limits, or store data you are not authorized to process. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual Property
instruo.io and its logos, source code, design system and content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely as needed to operate the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an 'as is' basis and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
